originally from a small town in the netherlands, dominique samuel has since become a leading make- up artist in fashion, beauty, catwalk shows and television.
dominique samuel started his make-up career after highschool doing the well known dik peeters, house of orange in amsterdam and also the dany sanz make-up institute in paris. where he worked with make-up forever.
During his training years, dominique worked as an assistant to different make-up artists. and there on he began to work for himself.
his big inspirator was and still is kevyn aucoin.

known for his specialty of creating a flawless face, mixed with glamour and a good smokey eye. also known for his capability to make people more then beautiful. his sense of making people happy and beautiful makes him a loved and well-known make-up artist.
in 2006 he started in the big tv show hit, holland’s next topmodel. where he was of course the make-up artist, but also the beauty coach of the programme. in the same year he became the creative and consulting make-up artist of maybelline ny. designing one of the looks with the winner of the tv show

samuel makes national and international appearances for fashion, beauty, catwalk shows and television also gives presentations reliable to make-up, coaching, mediatraining and more. he works globally with different clients, speciality beauty and fashion. dominique samuel also works with a number of celebrities to create an image. he is more then just a make-up artist. models give him the nickname “big brother”.
in spring 2008 dominique samuel will star in the new tv-show ‘model in a day’.
