TASCHEN and the Humble Arts Foundation present 18 Photographers and fusion of genres - exhibition in New York

TASCHEN and the Humble Arts Foundation present a group exhibition that relates to Humble's vision of the fusion and collapse of photographic genres.

At the TASCHEN store in New York, 18 photographers from around the world show how documentaries become conceptual, portraits become process orientated and how the imagination of photojournalistic truth can neither be contested nor accepted.

The visual ideas of the 18 participants flow like never before and their group exhibition urges the visitor is to engage with the future of photography.

Among the 18 artists: Pedro Arieta, Christian Chaize, John Cyr, Jessica Eaton, Tealia Ellis RItter, Andrew Fladeboe, Anna Gonzalez-Huix Miro, Robin Juan, Jin Lee, Michael Marcelle, Samuel Morgan, Soi Park, Carlo van de Roer, Brian Shumway, Youngsuk Suh, Bill Sullivan, Sophia Wallace and Sarah Wilmer.

The subjects vary and merge in a sea of fashion photography, sexuality, social, scientific and photographic precision.

The exhibition will close on 30 October and is curated by Jon Feinstein and Amani Olu.
