Konstantin Eulenburg : WHITE CUBE - star architect Zaha Hadid's wallpaper collection for MARBURGER TAPETEN

Star architect Zaha Hadid, London created an elaborate wallpaper collection for Marburger Tapeten.

A concept was required which would place the wallpaper in the centre of attention. The ‘White Cube’ concept by Konstantin Eulenburg, a type of ‘non-design’ was discussed and realised in cooperation with the Hadid Office and Marburger Tapeten.

For the shoot, Rudolf Heidicker constructed an 8m x 3.5m cube at the H2E Studios, the dimensions of the wallpapers were 10m x 3.3m. Wallpapers designed by Zaha Hadid were exclusively used in the shoot.

The art direction at the studio was shared between Dieter Langer c/o MARBURGER TAPETEN and Melodie Leugne (Lead Designer) c/o Zaha Hadid Office, London.
