Black Antoinette by Olaf Hajek. Opening photos on GoSee

The book ‘Black Antoinette’ is the second monograph and encompasses the commercial and artistic work of illustrator Olaf Hajek for galleries over the past four years.

‘The title is taken from a series in a book and also relates to my work for my exhibition in Cape Town’, Olaf comments on his interesting selection of title.

The exhibition that accompanies the book ‘Black Antoinette’ (as reported by GoSee) runs until the 29th of July 2012. We have attached photos from the PV at the Gestalten Space.

Olaf’s illustrations aren’t created on the computer – but by touching: brushes, paint, structures. He works with acrylics on paper, wood and chipboard.

But then he does scan his images for commissioned work.

Olaf is represented by GoSee Member 2AGENTEN, Berlin.
