When it comes to all things culinary, Cologne is in a pole position – that is, if you know where to look. If you happen to have had the pleasure of dining in the overcrowded tourist traps only, you should hold on to your native friends with good taste or have some exclusive hosts show you around their culinary world. 'Eat – Köln 2011' kills two birds with one stone and comes in a handy format, making it a must for every well equipped handbag!

The concept of the restaurant guide is not new, and the idea of offering vouchers isn’t either. But 'Eat' is different. Twelve locations were chosen. Twelve locations that have a particularly sophisticated approach to food, atmosphere and service. The carefully chosen restaurants are personal, warm and will have you visiting them over and over, let alone recommending them to your friends and family.

There is the Bagutta in the Kwartier Latäng, which resembles a Parisian artists café, or the Capricorn I Aries Brasserie in the Südstadt, which serves champagne, local beers, scallops and hearty onion soup.

Or how about a dinner club with singing waiters in a lounging living room atmosphere. A guaranteed highlight for every music lover!

The bonbon of the book: each visiting couple will receive a main course on the house. But make sure to take the book. The offer is valid from the 1st of December 2010 to the 31st of December 2011.
