‘Summer in the City’ Photo Soirée - Kai Stuht and Misha Taylor present their photo work at historic Hamburg’s industrialist villa

Kai Stuht and Misha Taylor present their work at Simone Bruns’ Photo-Soirée in a historic villa, once the residency of a tobacco industry tycoon in 1903, located by the River Elbe in Hamburg.

Simone Bruns’ Summer in the City themed photo soirée pleased the countless guests attending: artists, collectors and celebrities took up the art collector’s invitation to attend an evening in her company at Hamburg’s renowned Villa Magnolia in on August 17.

The photographic work of artists Kai Stuht and Misha Taylor, who were present on the night, was partly presented in large format prints playfully adorning the opulent interiors of two entire floors of the grand villa.

Photographer and Creative Director Kai Stuht, also known as the ‘David Lynch of the European photography scene’, specialises in photographing VIPs, celebrities and important people in the fashion industry.

Photographer and director Misha Taylor was born to a South African artist family and grew up in the USA. His work unites the freedom of African landscapes with the metropolises of North America.
