UPdate 12 on the 26th of October at the Ritz-Carlton, Berlin. Website online, accreditation and official registration now open

The UPdate will take place in 2012 on Friday, 26 October at the Ritz Carlton, Berlin. Agents and service providers related to photography will meet potential clients such as art buyers, art and creative directors, fashion editors and the like between 12pm and 8pm.

The most important industry get-together in German-speaking countries is looking forward to this year’s event. Following events held in Hamburg and Frankfurt, in 2012 the UPdate is returning to the creative metropolis that is Berlin.

Cyrus C. Halabian comments ‘we are looking forward to the great setting that the unique location of the Berlin Ritz-Carlton will provide our exhibitors and visitors. Both the venue’s size and interiors are ideal’.

He continues: ‘we were particularly pleased with the active enthusiasm of our long standing exhibitors and UPdate visitors from the creative industries, from agents to direct clients. We feel that UPdate, Screenings, Berlin and GoSee make for an exciting and unbeatable combination’.

The jury session of the star studded SCREENings Award, headed by Michael M. Maschke, Head of Creative Services Saatchi & Saatchi and the announcement of the final three winners at the UPdate provides an additional highlight during the popular get together.

The renowned Wagner & Partner Gallery was won over for the Warm-Up. The Warm-Up is an invite-only event; the same goes for the After Work party on Friday evening, which is currently being finalised. More news on this shortly - here on GoSee of course.

As with every other year, CREATIVES can visit the UPdate free of charge. Indeed, they are even showered with gifts including tote bags, magazines, drinks – and last but not least, contacts – which are currently being secured throughout Germany and beyond.
