Desertion - a successful collaboration between the WOOD WOOD design team and bag pros EASTPAK

Copenhagen-based Wood Wood offer a fashionable mixture of underground and high-end, preferably of the innovative and creative breed.

Eastpak may just well have come up with our favourite designer collaboration to date. Their latest ‘Desertion’ collection, inspired by WOOD WOOD’s Spring/Summer collection is hard to resist.

The creatives in charge of WOOD WOOD’s desertion nod at sensitive beiges, ideal urban camouflage for peace-lovers and use sustainable materials for the next generations…

Get ready for natural materials with a distressed and weathered look, resembling tanned leathers, creased suedes and waxed canvases bring to mind a rough and ready vibe that was cunningly captured in a living-room-come-desert setting.

Each style was also treated to a Navajo style pattern, inspired by North American folklore art.

The EASTPAK by WOOD WOOD collection encompasses ten styles, ranging from a backpack to a weekender, as well as satchels, totes, various cases and accessories.

It is the latest collection in a series of burgeoning designer collaborations, which presents the synergy between EASTPAK’s urban future and leading international designers.

The collection is now available from selected stores, prices range between € 40 and € 220.
