Caps or hats? Le Tom launches its new season looks. The Swiss label has once again nicked straw from the cows and turned it into beautiful millinery creations.
What began as a tiny bricolage with an old beach mat turned into a creative young company and the brand idea of today – a mixture of tradition and modernity.
Since its founding in 2009, the collection has been expanding steadily. The newest additions are baseball caps with the LeTom Logo, as well as traditional hat designs such as the Dick Van Dyke, who danced through worlds of fantasy in his role as Bert alongside Mary Poppins.
Let alone the slightly kitsch but still beautiful musical association: the hats are becoming increasingly popular amongst celebrities and are worn by Claude of the band Scacciapensieri, Blurum and Wasulu Selecta. Apart from ourselves of course!
By the way, with the acquisition of each hat, at least 1% of the proceedings goes to myclimate.org., an organisation which seeks to neutralise CO2 emissions and supports other green projects.
