"I'm still hot" featuring Betty White - the Lifeline Program spot and the eternal Golden Girl's unique cheesecake diet
7 Emmys and 20 Emmy nominations, countless awards including MTC, SAG and Golden Globe, over 600,000 FB Friends …. Betty White Superstar.
Betty Marion White Ludden, born on the 17th of January 1922, is an American actress, comedian, singer, author and public figure – and the ultimate Golden Girl.
The charming, yet kooky Rose Nylund from the 'Golden Girls' TV series most certainly wasn't her only remarkable performance (scheming and vampish TV chef Sue in 'Mary Tyler Moore' or recently Elka in 'Hot in Cleveland' come to mind) – but it is this performance that will stay with us forever.
It comes as no great surprise that Lifetime chose Betty as their celebrity spokesperson. Scott Page, president and CEO of 'The Lifetime Program' commented: "Betty White is one of America's most recognizable and beloved faces, particularly when it comes to seniors. She will help us to teach thousands of seniors how to uncover hidden wealth by selling their life insurance policies."
Speaking of riches: Betty even created a rap number together with singer Luciana – 'I'M STILL HOT'. The clip was produced in the Los Angeles Zoo in 2011, which is where all the song’s profits will also be donated to. Go girl!
