CHIEMSEE Sportswear Summer 2011 Collection in Mauritius - the spot directed by Stefan Schütz on GoSee

All roads led to Mauritus for the new CHIEMSEE sportswear summer 2011 collection. We are pleased to present the impressive Video, which was produced alongside the photo shoot. It is a definite must-see and has us screaming for a holiday! The German champion of wave freestyle windsurfing; Klaas Voget was part of the fun.

Here is an original quote straight from the life of a wave freestyler, found on Klaas’ website: “What a trip!!! I have just returned from Mauritius from the Fanatic distributors meeting. Over the past few days we had some unbelievable sessions in One Eye and Manawa, partly just the Fanatic Team around Victor Fernandez, Marcilio Browne, Craig Gertenbach (Brand Manager), Sebastian Wenzel (Shaper), Nik Baker and me on the water.

The last two days were the crowning glory of a great trip. The waves at the sets were the ideal height and broke perfectly, without any kind of chop. On the last night just before packing, I managed to ram a fin tip into my leg, so the trip ended with stitches in the hospital.

Still, things turned out fine, when I returned from hospital in the early hours, Victor, Brazzo and Craig had packed my bags for me and placed them in front of the hotel. Thanks! …. Here is just one shot, the rest of the images accompany the story in the magazine.”

Throughout its history, the Portuguese, Dutch, French and English have visited Mauritius. The island has been independent since 1968, having previously been occupied by the British, it is now a member of the 54 state commonwealth, headed by HMH Elizabeth II.

Today the island state is one of the most stable democracies of the African continent.
