Lady Gaga's latest song Paparazzi - the 8 minute short film by Jonas Akerlund on GoSee
Pretty-in-pink-latex Lady Gaga can literally sing a song about how life in the public eye is not always a picnic. Her new single ‘Paparazzi’ is all about the ups and downs. At first the song sounds like a love ballad dedicated to the world’s cameras and flashes.
But it is actually about how these days the majority of people are obsessed with airing the poor, poor stars’ haute couture undies. Bitter words wrapped in a candy sweet melody, which is bound to stay in your head for days.
The impressive video seems like more of a short film. Swedish director Jonas Åkerlund presents sex, violence, murder and a lot of skin, as well as of course the paps in the midst of it all. Great cinema!
Jonas Akerlund had his international break through with the legendarily scandalous and banned-in-the-UK ‘Smack my bitch up’ video for The Prodigy. His clients include none other than the fastidious Madonna, Robbie Williams, Blondie, Rammstein and Pink, Ms. Aguilera and many more.
GoSee is also pleased to present photos of the Lady as photographed by bondage expert Araki.
