MOP Feature Film Award : Dr. Ketel - a vision of tomorrow's trendy Berlin?

According to the festival programme, the film is 'dystopian in the style of a film noire'. However, to someone from Cologne, Berlin looks pretty much like that two thirds of the year. Yes we know that half of the Rhine country has moved by now, the question remains, which half did? Well, back to the movies: Dr. Ketel is set in the future, a future that is far from picture perfect.
