Marie Bäumer is the smiling face of the new LACOSTE POUR FEMME campaign, which will launch right in time for Valentine's Day. The shoot for the women’s fragrance took place in Paris with Michelangelo Di Battista. GoSee presents both the campaign motif and a sneak peek behind the scenes.

The actress is an enchanting, sensual and sexy beauty in the role of 'Buhlschaft' by Hugo von Hofmannsthal’s ‘Jedermann’ during the Salzburg festival (2007), and shows off her comedy talents in Bully Herbig's 'Der Schuh des Manitu' (2001). Yet, she can also take a turn for the dramatic in 'Der alte Affe Angst', a merciless confrontation with love, directed by Oscar Oehler (2003) - a role that earned her a Bavarian Film Award.

2011 was an important year for Marie Bäumer: she directed herself for the first time, for her own drama piece 'Abschied' at the Hamburg theatre festival. She was also awarded the Grimme-award for the portrayal of Stella in Dominik Graf's mini-series 'Im Angesicht des Verbrechens'.

Marie Bäumer loves the French joie de vivre in her new home in Southern France, located close to Avignon, where she lives with her son Shawn.
