Patrik Bergh - Rediscover filming with the Stockholm-born director at the Direction Lounge

Stockholm-born, London-based Patrik Bergh has been represented by Partizan since 2002.

During this time he has realised spots for Volkswagen, Ford, the BBC, The Times, Electrolux and Nissan’s innovative Road Movie campaign – a type of short film titled ‘Exit’ which was aired over 24 weeks as a serial to the ‘24’ and 'Nip Tuck' TV series on Sky TV.

In 2002 he won the Film Four/Orange Short Film competition at the Edinburgh International Film Festival with his charming short film, titled ‘Veronique’, casting a shadow over 2,000 other entries, winning the public vote.

This was followed by further short films, such as ‘When Harry Met Barry’, a three minute film which was aired on Channel 4, as well as at Rushes Soho Shorts Festival in London and various other festivals in Europe.

Before turning his hand to direction, Patrik studied acting at the renowned Lee Strasberg Institute, where he quickly discovered that life behind the camera better suited his philosophy of life.

Patrik studied Film at the London Film School, where he was presented with the Kodak Student Commercials Award upon his successful graduation. Here we go !
