S.Oliver has kicked off the new Spring/Summer 2011 campaign with authentic motifs that speak a contemporary visual language. These were produced with a jolly team on locations in the Barcelona area. Model of the moment SILVIU Tolu clearly felt very comfortable. We have attached the video as well as a selection of photos to prove our case.
“This campaign stands for authenticity, individuality and modernity”, explains Thorsten Grönlund, the company’s Managing Director of Product & Marketing. “The images come across as spontaneous and unplanned, and directly speak to the viewer; the city’s energy is particularly striking in combination with our clothing. We really wanted to focus on an international visual language to reflect our further expansion.”
The concept behind the camera interprets each motif per segement with a particular introduction word. For example, ‘today…’ was chosen by s.Oliver Casual to open their images, followed by ‘… will be my lucky day’ or ‘I will fall in love’. On the other hand, QS by s.Oliver opens with ‘tonight …’ ‘…was the best night ever’ or ‘we will be nasty boys’.
And those of you who simply can’t get enough of nasty boy Silviu, will be pleased to read that the smart beau now also features in the new GUESS JEANS campaign, as by photographed by Ellen von Unwerth.
