Tallgrass Pictures LLC : ‘Something big. Something small. Something fun.’ Spots for BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse, La Costa ad

‘Will work for food!’ claims TALLGRASS PICTURES’ not entirely to be taken seriously very first TV spot in history for BJ's RESTAURANTS. ‘BJ's Small Bites’ and ‘BJ's Lunch Specials’ make us work up an appetite.

The shoot took place at BJ’s Headquarter with the support of Matt Hood, BJ's Chief Marketing Officer, Tim Blett Co-CEO, Partner of eMaxx Partners and Jeffrey Lamont Brown, Director and Executive Producer c/o Tallgrass Pictures.

The La Costa advert on Dictionary.com. The image was shot in March for the i.d.e.a. agency and only discovered on the useful site by coincidence. ‘There I was, just a browsing along, checking out the word of the day, and BAM! There it was in the banner ads on the side of the screen! I was so excited to see it, especially because I usually don’t notice those ads. I guess this one is just so good that it stands out on the page’ Aly c/o Tallgrass Pictures comments subjectively.

She continues: ‘We’re happy we could collaborate with such a creative group as i.d.e.a. who turned these landscape and interior stills into a ‘type’ of living space, and a ‘bold’ message about the luxury lifestyle of the Villages of La Costa.’

This was followed by ‘Cheers for Beers!’. Jeffrey and Crew travelled to the Stone Brewery in North County. Jeffrey told GoSee ‘We got to take a very educational tour of the brewery and while we were shooting one of the giant beer tanks showered us with fresh beer’.

‘After our tour, we nestled beneath the beautiful trees and enjoyed a tasting of Stone’s finest… and by “we” I mean our lovely talent. :) They may have had just the right amount because by the time we were shooting the conference meeting, they were drawing silly pictures of each others mothers and laughing hysterically. We couldn’t help but join with a chuckle or two.
