The Direction Lounge presented Keith Schofield, American director of renowned music videos and TV commercials. As a representative of the young movement of music video directors, he explored his creativity in videos for Justice, Fatboy Slim and Supergrass, which have a particularly large Internet fan base. He also directed the ‘Heaven can wait’ video for Charlotte Gainsbourg & Beck.

In an interview, he advised young directors to specifically produce videos for the Internet, as this offers greater creative freedom than the restrictions of what can be shown on television. This also applies to his DIESEL SFW XXX spot, which was awarded Gold at Cannes last year.

Diesel pulled out all the stops for their 30th anniversary and hosted star-studded celebrations all over the world. The video invitation was inspired by SFW Porn (SFW = Safe For Work), which sees the XXX factors of porn movie scenes censored with sexy black strips. We can’t wait to see how he will impress at Cannes this year.
