Designers for Japan and Create Berlin : crazy pictures, pure posters, serious help. We like!

It does not get any simpler than this: ‘Designers for Japan‘ is a collective of international visual artists, who felt they had to take action following the disaster in Japan on the 11th of March. They wanted to do something that helps in expressing their love for their local friends and colleagues. The best way to do this is through pictures.

Being a part of it is easy: just visit the Print-Process website, choose as many pictures as you like and order. The complete profit of the D4J sale will be distributed in equal measure to the Red Cross and Shelterbox. You can also make direct donations of course. Just visit the website, everybody can help.

Even local design conglomerates have vowed to start a project to support Japan. Japan posters, printed on high quality paper in offset print can be ordered for 20 EUR at the Baerck store, Mulackstrasse 12, Berlin Mitte and on www.create-berlin.de. Once the complete series of 1,000 copies is sold, the 20,000 EUR will be given to the ‘Deutschland hilft’ charity.
