Munich Models : Highlights 2007

The year 2007 is coming to a close and MUNICH MODELS have attached a concise selection of the year’s highlights, including the most important campaigns and various covers.

The year kicked off with shooting star BARBARA Istvanova from Prague. She had only just been discovered, yet was immediately placed on the cover. Her debut was the cover of HARPER’S BAZAAR.

CAMILLE D’Alfonso starred in a MELTIN POT jeans campaign. The photographs were realized by trendy photographer Rankin.

This year Danish CHRISTEL Winther proved that models just continue to look even more gorgeous as time goes by. We have attached her cover for Italian GRAZIA, which featured a 14 page editorial with her. We are bound to see the blonde bombshell more regularly next year…

Another highlight this year was without doubt DENISA Dvorakova’s multiple achievements. These included: winner of the ELITE MODEL LOOK in Marrakech, campaigns for PRINGLE OF SCOTLAND, EXTÉ, CHLOÉ, NEW MAN and recently DOLCE&GABBANA. The cherry on top of these career delights was the July cover of Italian VOGUE, as shot by none other than Stephen Meisel. Furthermore, Denisa was of course present at all the most important shows.

DIANA Nikolic is currently turning into everybody’s darling. Clients, photographer and editors are all impressed by her talent and sheer freshness. 2008 will see the real launch of her career with a new campaign (more on that in February – here at GoSee!).

Another Northern Light which is likely to light up our paths for a while is EMMA Ahlund. She shot the LAURÈL campaign in summer with Magnus Rossander.

JESSICA Perez stars in the current NAF NAF campaign, where as KATIA Kokoreva simply went on from one campaign to the next, including VERSUS, CUSTO, MARTA PALMIERI.

Munich Models’ popular girl in Paris LEAH Dewavrin originally set out on a short trip to New York, but ended up staying there and was photographed by just about all the most important photographers. The results were flaunted in magazines including Flair, Vogue, Officiel, Numéro, French.

Supermodel MALGOSIA Bela was simply omnipresent here are the highlights: CALVIN KLEIN, YVES SAINT LAURENT, MARC O’POLO, JUL SANDER, BELSATFF, MASSIMO DUTTI and a gorgeous VOGUE cover in March. It comes as no surprise that she will be just as popular in the coming year.

In addition to Bar Rafaeli, MICHAELA Hlavackova was photographed by Mario Schmolka for the LUISA CERANO campaign – to be continued in spring.

NADEJDA Savcova, the new favourite model of various ELLE editions the world over, was once again busy collecting covers. NATALIA Oviedo modelled her sensational figure for Calzedonia and Jimmy Choo.
