Klaus-Maria EINWANGER uses his pictures to accentuate and illustrate gardening tips for and portraits of many native fruit and vegetable varieties by Susanna Bingemer. He visited countless vegetable gardens for a whole gardening season to shoot the material he needed.
The motifs for the recipe ideas by author Hans Gerlach are featured on 120 pages and whet our appetite for delicacies fresh from the home-grown harvest.
The pictures show all sorts of home-grown things from the field to the flowerpot – before and after the food styling by Monika SCHUSTER and Anka KÖHLER. Alexandra Holzer took care of the seasonal props with her trademark loving attention to detail.
