Andrea Heberger : free series on animals made of porcelain, a sublime fashion story and the beauty of horses

Dog, cat or mouse? Shellfish by any account. In his newest oeuvre, Anselm GAUPP transforms white porcelain into animals. Well-known for his purist handwriting, the still lifer relies on maximum reduction for this project.

He carved out the archetypical appearances of the animals through a concentrated approach to light direction and minimalist elements. What remains is just enough to conjure up a specific association in the eye of the beholder – a peculiar and playful moment.

This particular form of representation brings out the pureness of the sophisticated material by Rosenthal and KPM porcelain. The photographers’ clients include advertising and branding agencies, as well as several product designers.

Marcus PUMMER’s latest freelance work is titled ‘Sublime’. He collaborated with model Maja Mayskär and produced a black & white fashion story against a minimalist backdrop. Stelli took care of hair & make-up. CONNIE Eisenmann c/o GoSee Member K STIEGEMEYER was responsible for the styling.

Henrik SORENSEN realised ‘About the Beauty of Horses’. The title says it all - photographs on GoSee.
