Creativity rules! SCREENings Photography Competition - free registration now open until the 3rd of April!

We are delighted to announce the SCREENings Award 2011. Photographers can now submit their portfolios online for a virtual screening by the prestigious jury. Register here!

The jury is made up of star photographer and GoSee member Esther Haase, Anna Lauerbach (Marketing manager, Laurel, Munich), Anke Degenhard-Drinkhahn (Curator and gallerist, Founder of Galerie Camerawork, Agency Crossover, Hamburg), David Flamée (CEO SKETCH, MoMu Fashion Museum, Antwerpen), Sandra Markus (freelance Art Buying, Berlin), Katrin Hein (Art Buying Neverest, Munich), Alexandre Janvier (GF/CD Janvier Burger, Munich) and Achim Lippoth (Photographer, director and publisher Kid's Wear Magazine).

As usual, the award focuses on creativity exemplified through the portfolio. Neither the website design nor the list of references or the vita are taken into consideration when it comes to the judgement – only the subjective (as best possible) assessment of the work's potential to inspire form the basis of the evaluation. We are looking forward to heaps of wild and inspiring portfolios!

The 2011 event is sponsored by Lürzer Archive, GoSee and this year's new addition of international online book manufacturer Blurb.
