Dominik Obertreis : BOSCH telemedicine and business reports for STIHL and SALZGITTER
The first motif for STIHL motor saw’s business report was realised 2 km away from Dominik’s home and began in the deepest fog. By midday the weather had cleared giving way to radiant sunshine and thus all shots, from mysterious fog to full on sun, had been captured in next to no time.
The remaining motifs were realised at STIHL in Waiblingen and the whole team explored the production process of Stihl goods. Dominik was joined on set by Caroline Klement c/o 3st Communications, Carmen Schweigert c/o Stihl and assistant Thomas Baumann.
This was followed by the SALZGITTER business report, realised in Trogir, Croatia, where double walled tanker ships are painstakingly constructed. Dominik shot the train motif at the foot of the Matterhorn mountains with CD Klaus Holsen c/o Butter Düsseldorf.
When it came to the BOSCH telemedicine department, Dominik took on a more grounded approach. His shoot took place at a doctor’s surgery, which also served as the patient’s living room.
The project was realised in collaboration with location scout and stylist Birgit Hettich. The shoot was supervised by Eric Fierhauser c/o DSB&K, Frankfurt, the styling and hair & make-up were skilfully mastered by Sabrina Hirsch.
