Dominik Obertreis : VW report for the career portal, SIEMENS ENERGY solar powering, CONCENTRIX SOLAR and world's largest LIEBHERR trade fair stall in Munich

Dominik was treated to a rare peek behind the scenes at successful car manufacturer VW for their careers Internet portal. He was busy travelling through Braunschweig, Emden, Hannover, Kassel, Salzgitter and of course Wolfsburg, where he produced portraits of various employees within their specific work environment on the one hand and created a picture pool for the website on the other.

The result is a comprehensive VW coverage, which is partially featured in the best-of-PDF. WirDesign with CD Brigida Kempf, project manager Jana Bauer and Thorben Kraus supervised the elaborate shoot, which proved very intense when it came to all preliminary aspects, yet the result is as excellent as expected.

Dominik took a total of two trips to Spain to photograph solar plants looking their finest. He travelled to Lebrija followed by Sevilla and photographed a gigantic, 60km long parabolic trough power plant for SIEMENS ENERGY (Creation Fritz Hussnätter /Daniel Scheitacker).

Two weeks later, he was commissioned to return to Spain. This time, the destination was Puertollano near Cordoba for CONCENTRIX SOLAR, who specialise in concentrator-photovoltaic technology. (Agency: Dievision, Creation: Dr. Simeon Stracke).

Dominik produced a portrait of the world's largest fair booth by LIEBHERR and was very impressed by the imposing vehicles and cranes and first and foremost the power which lurks inside the fierce packages. The supervising agency was For Sale with Christian Rechmann in creation. Once again, a best-of-PDF is available.

The last months were a turbulent time for Dominik. He produced shoots for BMW-Welt, ENBW, Weishaupt, Stihl, Sonepar, Quand and has just returned from VW, having produced yet another new project. But it’s all still brand spanking new and will be featured in the upcoming GoSee newsletter.
