Karsten Thormaehlen : stills and people for FUCHS PETROLUB, SYMRISE portraits, LUFTHANSA WORLDSHOP catalogue, Messe Frankfurt and free portraits on the streets of London

‘Individuality creates power’. Photographer Karsten Thormaehlen realised still life and people motifs for the FUCHS PETROLUB 2010 annual report, supervised by the 3st Kommunikation agency. Stepahnie Schönbach was the art director. Marcel Teine was the creative director.

He also photographed the business ranks of SYMRISE, supplier of fragrance and flavouring products. Steff Wilkenloh was the on location make-up artist.

Frankfurt Airport was the destination of choice for the current LUFTHANSA WORLDSHOP summer catalogue. The two models Frank H. and Julia M., supported by an experienced team, realised a wide array of motifs for the LUFTHANSA suitcase collection, as well as BOSE at Terminal A.

Next stop was Karsten’s Frankfurt studio and the task of the day was to produce still life title motifs. The responsible agency was Wundermann with AD Annette Pein and CD Cornel Frey.

Later on, he decided to visit London for a few days, where he continued to work on his long time project ‘London portraits’, a collection of portraits of children and their families. GoSee presents a selection of these.
