KME Studios : Scratch Christmas Emotion flyers, MALOJA 'High Society' collection, SPORT SCHECK Outdoor catalogue

Michael Müller already captured the first motifs in the snow back in March and followed up the white and wintry series with the production of the Christmas emotion leaflet in September with atmospheric indoor-pictures.

Klaus-Maria Einwanger photographed the numerous people and lifestyle motifs in the studio of photographer colleague Rita Kohmann, on an isolated farm south of Munich. The lighting conditions on location could not have been better and literally invited the photographer to take almost all the pictures just by using the abundant natural light.

Prop stylists Illaria Mingazzini and Regina Stiefl completed the scenery with the hitherto lacking bliss of Christmas accessories. Katl Stiefl (fashion styling) and Susanne Niederhoff (make-up) were in charge of the models' look.

Andreas Pfohl and Christian Koch were the on-set assistants, supported by data assistant Christian Kempf. As usual, the perfect organisation and production was in the hands of Katja Häußer and assistant Manuela Bogdanic.

Michael Müller tried their hands at something new for the pictures of the current summer catalogue for the successful MALOJA brand. Architectural elements might have played a part in earlier catalogue motifs, but this time the contrast between Alpine-inspired design and the surroundings ought to be even more tangible and apparent.

'High Society' is the name of the new collection and Berlin was the city of choice for this year's Sports-Fashion pictures. In order to create a counterweight to the pictures taken in the scarcely populated mountain regions, the production also included photographs of contemporary street art taken between copious big-city buildings, documenting the palpable social tension of today.

Next stop was the Berlin governmental quarter to produce the FREERIDE motifs. The motifs for racing bike, mountain bike and running had been produced at an earlier stage of production at the Großglockner in Switzerland, with the usual backdrop: nature, mountains, snaking paths and breathtaking panoramas (photography assistant: Korbinian Seifert).

Michael Müller's most recent production for SPORTSCHECK's current outdoor special catalogue once again kicked off just before Aurora's kiss. The team filled two buses with equipment and embarked on a journey to the Alpine peak train station at 4am in the morning. From there, all parties involved continued their journey by foot, including the large haul of equipment. Following a 30-minute ascent and half-way to the peak, the first pictures about mountain-climbing were taken, set against an unbelievably beautiful sunrise.

In order to produce the motifs for outdoor winter, ski tours and outdoor fashion, the team spent a total of thirteen days in Bergell, the area around Lake Garda and the Dolomites. Dan Wisur was the producer, Regina Stiefl made sure the styles looked their best and Maria Mutz applied the make-up.
