Leo Krumbacher : at a medieval palazzo for GRAZIA, Beach Business with MYSELF, beauty key looks for ANNABELLE, EUCERIN, ...

Leo Krumbacher flew to Sicily to collaborate with editor Nino Cerone and produce two stories for GRAZIA. Matteo Skory provided them with the perfect locations and his experience ensured a good workflow.

This included translating for an authentic baronessa who lent out her medieval palace for the ‘Pastel Retro’ shoot. Sicilian hair & make-up by artist Nino Allegro, was also on location and provided just the right accent.

Leo and stylist Britta McCay shot ‘Beach Business’ in Cape Town for MYSELF. The story had to be renamed at short notice, as the modern house right next to the beach proved too striking to resist shooting. The next story was produced in the vicinity of Cape Town as well, in an area slightly resembling Canada.

Back in Hamburg, Leo could produced a story for MAXI in the studio. Carolina Ramsay styled a cool series featuring model Anna L (MuseNY). KARIM Amerchih c/o CLOSE UP took care of the hair styling.

The photographer produced an elaborate production in Paris on key beauty looks for ANNABELLE, magazine Switzerland, collaborating with editor Isolde Burtscher. The head make up-artist of illustrious companies such as Dior, Lancome, Nars, L'Oreal and Estee Lauder treated the models to must-have make-up looks at Studio Rouchon. Hairstylist DEBORAH Brider, aka ‘Superdebbie’ c/o CLOSE UP completed the looks. Daniel c/o RETOUCHED managed to produce yet another small miracle in post-production.

Together with CLAAS CROPP PRODUCTION, Leo produced a German designer Special for GRAZIA in Berlin. The result was presented as a giant poster at Berlin Fashion Week, as well as in the magazine. The team included hair & make-up artist Nino Allegro and fashion editor Nino Cerone.

He teamed up with editor Nina Breuer of MYSELF and JOCHEN Pahs c/o BIGOUDI for the ‘Polished Chick’ series in Berlin Mitte.

Leo produced a hair spread for HIGHLIGHTS MAGAZINE, UK with fabulous Tosca of A Models Amsterdam. Stylist Connie Eisenmann joined hairstylist KARIM Amerchih on set.

Furthermore, at the Hamburg Studio, Leo produced a new motif for EUCERIN, which we will be happy to show after its publication. Leo's team and assistant Ansgar Sollmann produced a very lavish motif for the GUHL campaign, details to follow.
