lumen - vision possible : DBN ARCHITEKTEN project, HARDENBERGER Burghotel, REINHARDT&JUNG generation house and INSIGHT HEALTH motifs

Lumen supervised DBN ARCHITEKTEN, the Darmstadt and Frankfurt-based architecture group on their latest project in Darmstadt: The Eye. The special highlight of the office building is the eye-shaped cobbled courtyard.

Having provided photographic assistance to the Freigeist hotel, Lumen now realised the photographs for HARDENBERGER BURGHOTEL’s new commercial image. The hotel is located in the heart of the noble country estate of Hardenberg, at the foot of a historic castle ruin. The agency was
South of Market, with Creative Director Jon Lenz.

Lumen shot a four-generation house for architect duo REINHARDT & JUNG. The extension to the 1950s house is a communicative space, with expanded living spaces spread across a split-level system.

The extension has forged a relationship to the outside space, formed niches and zones, and has thus shaped the living environment of a large family. The building has already been awarded the ‘Das Goldene Haus’ LBS Prize 2009. More information on the architecture can be obtained from the architects’ website.

Lumen realised the photographs for the South of Market agency and their clients’ INSIGHT HEALTH services new commercial image. The central focus of the motifs is a red notebook, which emotionally communicates the complex services provided by the health business.

The agency’s Art Director Andrea Krüger and Creative Director Jon Lenz supervised the project.
