Marion Enste-Jaspers : MEXIKO TOURISM, TRADERSREPORT, portraits for NORDEND MAG, ARLANDA EXPRESS, Niklas ALM in FOTOMAGAZIN, fashionable in JETGALA
Michael SCHNABEL travelled to Mexico for MEXIKO TOURISM. He boarded the plane a staggering nine times in a week and also travelled countless kilometres by car. The result is two motifs. One is a tender image with a clear look towards the future and the other catches our eye with impressive landscapes and potential athletic activities.
A 20-head-strong crew made up of Mexicans and Americans supported him on his travels. AD Nazan Arandi and CD Jeff Compton constituted the creative motor of the production. Retouch by RECOM.
The current issue of FOTOMAGAZINE features several pages of elaborately produced art worlds by still life expert Niklas ALM. A motif by the 'master of composition' also adorns the cover.
Niklas’ most recent work was a photograph of the high-speed 'ARLANDA EXPRESS' train, a shot taken from above in a flying helicopter.
GOLDWERK PHOTOGRAPHY, a young photography duo made up of Katja Seidel and Michael Draasch, was busy supporting the shoot for the TRADERSREPORT online broker service and also photographed the cover image.
Per SCHORN portrayed four personalities of the Frankfurt Nordend borough for NORDEND MAGAZIN. Meet gay activist Peter Hoogen, co-founder of Café Grössenwahn, who was awarded the Hessian medal of honour in 2005. Arief Imanuwarta hails from Indonesia and operates the Rotlint Cafe since 1982. Stefanie Zweig and her family fled from the Nazis to Kenya as a little girl. She returned to Frankfurt in 1947 and has been working as a journalist and writer ever since. She published 'Nirgendwo in Afrika', a film version of which won an Academy Award in 2003.
Michael Herl, former journalist for the Stern (among others) took a closer look at matters of ‘environmental exploitation and everything else that is the face of evil in this world’. He is the creator of the Stalburg Theatre.
Martin BAUENDAHL created the True Colors series for JETGALA. Sascha Gaugel styled model Natalia. Karim AMERCHIH c/o CLOSE UP was in charge of the hair and make-up. The post-production was in the hands of GoSee member DELUXEPLUS US and ELEKTRONISCHE SCHOENHEIT.
