Michael Meisen : cookery book with TV chef Mirko Reeh for ENGE, WIRTH, BAUMANN & HENKEL, wild and colourful at the first FoodPhoto Festival, LSG Sky Chefs

‘A Question of Taste’ – photographer Michael Meisen and TV chef Mirko Reeh were more than happy to answer this question in a cookery book for the ENGE, WIRTH, BAUMANN & HENKEL project group.

Monika assisted Michael, Nina Wolak took care of the delicacies.

Michael presented his Camera Obscura Food Series at the first Food Photo Festival in Tarragona, Spain.

He was supported on this experimental and rather abstract project by a team comprising: assistants Sivia Baghi and Monika Fischer, as well as food stylist Ann Raab.

Michael and food stylist Andreas Miessmer joined forces once more to create the culinary motifs for Lufthansa’s LSG SKY CHEFS company’s ‘Experience 2011 Calendar’. Silvia Baghi and Ralph Horbaschek supported them. Andreas provided the recipes; Ann Raab was in charge of the food styling. The agency was M.A.D. Kommunikation.
