PAM-Mirjam Böhm : FORD Rearview Camera, 'La Storia - The Italian Men' digital photo series, ARD, Lena Meyer-Landrut for DASERSTE.DE, OAKLEY portraits with Janko Tipsarevic, MACH'S MIT Aids prevention, KRAVAG plus R+V VERSICHERUNGEN
On behalf of the JWT-Mexico agency, GARRIGOSA Studio photographed motifs for FORD and the new rear view camera. CGI and postproduction were carried out in-house as usual.
The ‘La Storia – The Italian Men’analogue photography series by Barbara DOMBROWSKI from 1991 is enjoying a digital revival. 20 years later, the photographer created an animated photo book from the pictures, bearing the same title. It can also be downloaded as a mobile app from iTunes.
During her time as a student, Barbara travelled to Italy for several months to create a portrait of the Italian man. In her series, she toys with the self-image of men. Some of the poses are seemingly overconfident and therefore, the featured eroticism is not so much sensual as comic and playful.
The photographs were part of her degree work in visual communication at the FH Dortmund. The works has been awarded numerous prizes and already displayed at several exhibitions, including in Arles during the Recontres de la Photographie and the Photokina in Cologne.
Johann Sebastian HÄNEL was commissioned by the Jung von Matt agency to create the motif for ARD. Actress Ulrike Folkerts, TV presenter Dieter Moor and Susanne Holst graced the spot in front of the camera. The motifs were used for adverts and posters.
Johann Sebastian portrayed Lena Meyer-Landrut for the Eurovision Song Contest 2011. He photographed her on behalf of the Jung von Matt agency for DASERSTE.DE
He also photographed the successful tennis pro Janko Tipsarevic (Serbia) for athletic eyewear manufacturer OAKLEY. The supervising agency was Scholz & Friends in Zurich.
Johann produced several love nests for the current campaign for the prevention of AIDS, MACH’s MIT, supervised by the Kakoii agency. The ‘love nests’ series shows real locations, where people had sex. It is left to the imagination of the viewer, to fill the motifs with their own particular memories, experiences, stories and fantasies.
Romantic shores, fluffy brothels and nocturnal sand beaches – a total of eleven motifs will be used in a national print-campaign. Thanks to the generous support of FAW the campaign encompasses about 65,000 large poster & citylights, 1.5 million free postcards, adverts in both mainstream and special interest magazines, online adverts and the re-launch of the internet portal www.machsmit.de.
He photographed several trucks in Spain and Hamburg for the KRAVAG insurance company. The supervising agency was Jung von Matt.
A series of single and group portraits for the R+V VERSICHERUNG was also produced.
