Viennese charm is unique – thought the editorial team at SZ MAGAZINE and invited Austria’s most creative brains to one of the most renowned coffee houses in Vienna, Café Engländer. Guests included Erwin Wurm, Stefan Ruzowitzky, Marlene Streeruwitz, Gustav and Thomas Glavinic, who talked about the themes of life. Peter RIGAUD photographed the coffee house philosophers in their extended living room.

Atelier visit in Vienna! RIGAUD met up with Austrian artist Franz West for ART magazine. The Infant Terrible is currently being honoured with a large retrospective in Cologne. He also shot internationally renowned and controversial theologian Hans Küng for ZEIT MAGAZINE.

Joachim BALDAUF photographed two fashions stories for the latest issue of BOLERO. ‘Eurythmics’ saw the introduction of a modern timetable to the Rudolf Steiner School in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg, so that the model and photographer could capture the contemporary gym exercises in lace and lingerie. During the shoot for the trendy magazine, Diana Gärtner presented the latest looks by Prada, D&G and Dries von Noten.

An old German saying claims that lips can only make teeth look good – Joachim’s lip capturing talents were revealed in front of dental equipment for a TUSH magazine beauty spread.

The photographer is once again also responsible for the ZEIT MAGAZINE cover story and dedicated himself to the theme of the modern father image. Claudia Hofmann carried out the styling.

Jork WEISMANN photographed a series titled ‘So Coco’ for ACHTUNG. This time round Berliner actress and director Nicolette Krebitz embodied that certain ‘Coco charm’ for the camera and tips her hat to Karl Lagerfeld’s breathtaking Chanel Spring/Summer collection tribute.
