The new Corbis Portfolio collections reveal the stories behind iconic images. These range from commercial images, to unforgettable moments in history, to natural wonders and celebrities. Countless photographers have shared their stories to accompany the photographers, enabling the viewer to take part in the moment.

In addition to this, the Corbis Portfolio collections see contributors and art directors share their stories to unfold how a particular image was made. In many cases, these stories are being shared for the first time; they highlight how a particular image was shot, the challenges, and the series of details required to capture the subject, preserve the mood or record that key moment in time.

These behind-the-scenes stories from the eye of the photographer provide a new perspective for customers as they view and learn about the new Portfolio collections.
