Taki Bibelas : Kendra Spiers for MARIE CLAIRE, Simon Nessman for TETU, actress Aïssa Maïga for TRACE MAG

The Parisian-by-choice photographed an outdoor fashion series in front of the gates of Paris, for Italian edition MARIE CLAIRE. The hairstyling was carried out by Terry Millet and the make-up was applied by Steven Canavan. Marie Claire’s Ivana Spernicelli supervised the production. The model was Kendra Spiers, who is just in the process of launching an international career.

Taki photographed a menswear editorial for TETU magazine, France. The star of the shots was Simon Nessman from Canada, a Seinfeld, New Zealand and Antarctic fan.

This was followed by a studio production for American TRACE MAGAZINE, which saw Taki photograph Senegalese/French actress Aïssa Maïga. Her role in Bamako received a 2007 César nomination. The film is set in the Malian capital which has the same name and tells the fictional tale of African civil society spokesmen who have taken proceedings against the World Bank.
