Tim Thiel : NESCAFÉ Green Blend, packaging motifs for CELLINI Espresso, NESTLE MAGGI
One third of NESCAFÉ Green Blend is made from unroasted, green coffee beans and uses a gentle production method. The 2010 print motif is being promoted in various media throughout Germany. Tim was commissioned to capture the ‘pleasure’ of indulging in a yummy Green Blend brew.
South American model Graciela was flown in especially from Uruguay. Nini Gollong was in charge of the styling and Ute Hildenbeutel perfected the hair and make-up.
The agency was McCann Erickson Frankfurt GmbH, with Stefan Herrmann and Elena Swrschek in creation and Tina Krakow in art buying.
The distinct aroma and the generous cream from CELLINI, original Italian espresso, make this a unique coffee pleasure. Tim was commissioned to photograph the packaging motifs and the entire studio was infused with the tempting scent of fresh coffee. NACHSPIEL created the colour insertion and a particularly eye-catching trail of steam. The agency was target Unternehmeragentur GmbH.
Tim realised photos for NESTLE MAGGI GmbH at various locations, which were subject to detailed research beforehand. Everyday situations were re-enacted for the healthy eating theme. Rather than promoting a particular product, these will be used for the brand’s long-term image. The models were cast from al over Germany. The below-the-line campaign will be dispersed amongst various media and countries.
The agency was Publicis, Frankfurt (creation: Stefan Kinzel, art buying Martina Riese, consultancy: Katri Möller), Petra Klapprott carried out the styling, Andrea Leicher perfected the hair and make-up, Martin Grünewald was in charge of the food styling and NACHSPIEL took care of the post production once more.
