Uli Funke : Spring/Summer 2011 fashion shoots in MALTA and TRENDWERK styles with amateur models

Uli FUNKE produced atmospheric pictures of Spring/Summer 2011 fashion in Malta and Gozo, the second largest island in the archipelago of the Republic of Malta. The photographer spent a whole week travelling around the Mediterranean for the TRENDWERK campaign.

The pictures are used in several retail campaigns.

TRENDWERK launched in autumn 2010, a unique young fashion store in the North of North Rhine Westphalia. The store is home to brands such as Mango, Superdry, Desigual, Replay, Pepe, Mavi, Bench, Diesel.

The store in Herford, Germany was the subject of a large-scale billboard campaign in A2 during the first half of 2011.

The nine amateur models were scouted through a customer casting instead of using professional models, all of which Uli portrayed in their respective outfits.
