Gunda Patzke Photographers : Street Art NYC, beauty spreads for GALA magazine, BILD newspaper campaign, UPdate 09

Last year Daniel & Geo FUCHS spent two months in New York. They realized their fifth concept for the Basel-based Reinhardt print house’s collector’s calendar. This year’s title: Street Art NYC. The calendar also won the Silver Award at the International Calendar Show in Stuttgart.

Karel KUEHNE shot a beauty story at The Plaza Hotel/Caudalie Spa in New York with GALA magazine beauty editor, Daniela Kamps. The results were published in the latest issue. Model Melina Huettner’s make-up was applied by Ralph Siciliano, her hair was fixed by Ryoji Imaizumi.

A hair story by Karel will be published in the next issue on 12 March. Nick Arrojo was in charge of the hairdressing and Ralph Siciliano perfected models Karolina c/o SEEDS, Kristina and Olivia Richard’s make-up. 

BILD, Europe’s biggest daily tabloid newspaper will be launching a new campaign in March, shot by Mathias BOTHOR. The campaign stars renowned celebrities. The agency was Agentur Jung von Matt/Alster, the campaign will run for the duration of 2009 (Artbuying: Karen Blome, CD Art: Jan Knauss, CD Text: Thies Schuster).

SCANDERBERG / SAUER will be travelling on a production across India, Vietnam and China from 4 April until 22 April. The final motif shoot will take place in Hong Kong. There are bound to be some openings left in their diary, further details can be obtained directly from Gunda Patzke.
