Shotview : newcomers & Luis Sanchis exhibition in Berlin

Fashion photographer Henrique GENDRE and beauty photographer Ben HASSETT are new at SHOTVIEW. Henrique GENDRE, born in Mozambique and raised in Brazil, has from a very young age been interested in photography. He graduated form the Fine Arts College in São Paulo (FAAP) and is currently living in New York. Henrique GENDRE already produced wonderful series for VOGUE BRASIL, ELLE BRASIL, i-D MAGAZINE, V- MAGAZINE, TANK, SEPP, STYLE (The Sunday Times London), COMPLEX NY, ITS MAGAZINE, PERSO, S/N MAGAZINE. He also shot the brand new MAX MARA ad campaign which can be seen everywhere at the moment. Besides that he has worked for companies such as LEVI'S, NIKE, PENNY PULL, LANGUAGE, BRASIL TELECOM, etc. Ben HASSETTS impressive series have already been published in the VOGUE GERMANY, VOGUE NIPPON, VOGUE CHINA and VOGUE UK, COMMONS AND SENSE, I-D, JANE MAGAZINE etc. He also produced fashion campaigns for LOEWE, GIVENCHY, INPES, PAULEKA, BNP PARISBAS. Luis SANCHIS, internationally acclaimed top photographer in the field of fashion, art and portrait photography, is for the first time presenting his works in Germany. From May 5th through June 30th 2006 some of his work can be seen in the Berlin gallery Viaux, Mulackstraße 18. For fourteen years Luis SANCHIS has been working for big names in the fashion and art industry. These included the British and Italian VOGUE, GUCCI, ALEXANDER MCQUEEN, CERRUTTI, VISIONAIRE, H&M, THE FACE, MADONNA or ROBBIE WILLIAMS, and many more. The exhibition *A different perspective* allows a glimpse at his life achievements. His works have previously been on display in the New Yorker P.S.1, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and the gallery *Speak for us* in Tokyo.
