Steffen Jahn : following the world’s toughest sailing race on the VOLVO XC 60

The world’s toughest sailing race, the VOLVO OCEAN RACE, started in autumn in Spain. The ships spend nine months on the world’s oceans, fighting for first place. Photographer Steffen Jahn joined the VOLVO XC 60 and shot a true men’s story for Ramp car magazine.

The skippers are currently located in Galway, Ireland, next stop Marstrand, Sweden. On 10 June the yachts will reach the Swedish coast, the competition beings on 14 June.
