food art factory : yummy, light and airy - the GOLDSTEIG Käsereien Bayerwald cheese packaging motifs

Klaus-Maria EINWANGER completed a shoot at Studio 1 of the Food Art Factory. The initial production resulted in twelve motifs for the relaunch of the new packaging of Bavarian cheese-company GOLDSTEIG.

Werner Stelzl from the Signalwek Agency, Munich, supervised the production of the new look of the Goldsteig packaging range. He took care of numerous meetings and consultations with the clients and coordinated the shoot.

Everything had to look yummy, light and flooded with light. A particular focus lay on fitting everything into the very precisely pre-arranged layout. A few last details had to be agreed upon in consultation with Goldsteig up to the last minutes of the shoot.

Christian Koch assisted Klaus-Maria Einwanger, while Monika Schuster, in charge of the food styling, ensured the different cheeses looked their best and prepared everything in accordance with the layout requirements.

Ever since its launch in 1992, the Goldsteig Käsereien Bayerwald GmbH has grown to become Germany's most successful producer of Mozzarella and an export business to almost all European countries. The company name is an allusion to the 'Goldenen Steig', an important trade route, which connected medieval Bohemia with the Danube.
