Mainworks : billboards for SAN DIEGO ZOO's new Polar Bear Plunge

SAN DIEGO ZOO, probably the biggest zoo in the USA, now has a new attraction: the Polar Bear Pool. Billboards and ads were distributed along the entire West Coast to promote this.

The claim reads ‘The new polar bear plunge. An expedition for the whole family.’ and is aimed at encouraging visits. Those that wish to catch a glimpse of the polar bear enclosure from a distance can do so via the zoo’s very own WEBCAM.

Rainer Stratmann photographed the arctic-style visitor expedition in front of the typically tropical environment of San Digeo. Mainworks Frankfurt took care of the mix of climate zones comprising palm trees and snow.
