Claas Cropp Creative Productions : renowned director Wim Wenders captures Willem Dafoe and Amber Valetta on camera for CARL ZEISS

On behalf of Hamburg based agency CROSSOVER, the Class Cropp team produced an extraordinary calendar shooting: Cult director Wim Wenders directed actor William Dafoe and top model Amber Valleta on an imaginary film set for customer CARL ZEISS AG.

The remaining pieces of the republic palace's ruins, which have been completely demolished since, served as a backdrop. Stylist double act Alexx & Anton c/o NINA KLEIN installed laborious sets in the former staircase towers, into which Wim Winders, partly from aerial platforms and surrounding buildings, aimed with his camera, in order to catch the set atmosphere. 

In total, the 24 photographs of the devised shoot entitled 'Tomorrow Morning!”, were realized based on a storyboard created by Wim Wenders, and created by a team of 40 people in the course of two days on a construction site – 'The first Wim Wenders movie hanging on a wall'.

The making of, supplied on the last pages of the calendar, was photographed by Donata Wenders.

Beda Achermann was the Creative Director, Anke Degenhard and Michael Drinkhalm were on the set on behalf of the agency, the styling was once again in the hands of Alexx & Anton and Jochen Pahs c/o NINA KLEIN was responsible for the make-up.
