Recom : CGI for MERCEDES CLK 63 AMG Black Series

The latest completed project of the recomCGI department celebrated its world premiere on 04.04.2007 at the New York Autoshow. Not only the actual car itself, but also the production of the brochure for the new CLK 63 AMG Black Series represents the latest in technology. The concept for the new sports car was realized by the leadership of Berlin's Shanghai DGM agency (CD : Heiner Baptist Rogge) and the assignment they were given by Mercedes-AMG and photographer Pascal MALAMAS c/o FOUND.

Before the shoot, there a *virtual car inspection* was carried out with the agency and the photographer at recomCGI in Stuttgart, the location photos and the HDRis were produced according to the demands made by the previously decided perspectives on the spectacular Grand Prix racing track in Shanghai, the cars exterior was then finally completely created in 3D.

Since the end of 2006, recom artists Marion Trenkler, Thomas Fritz, Thomas Saalfrank and Thorsten Jasper Weese are represented on the French market by the Futurematix agency. A first appearance was made at the Trade Show Connections in Paris in mid March and has already resulted in the first jobs from the new partnership.

In addition to this, at the third UPdate year in Berlin, Thorsten Jasper Weese (CGI Management) and Lars Wittmaak (Management), have now presented recom's latest works for the ARTWORK / POST, DITONE / ART and CGI.
