xix creativ agency : produce the new campaign for the Winter Dreams show at Berlin's Friedrichstadtpalast

The xix agency of Berlin has produced the new campaign for the Friedrichstadtpalast’s "Winter Dreams" winter show. In addition to this, Stephan Gustavus shot various PR photos. He captured the revue’s dancers in striking poses at the venue itself. The CD was Burghard Neie, c/o xix. The post production was carried out by px1 who joined the team in the magical winter wonderland.

From November until February, the Palast will present a dream of the perfect winter. The larger than life, visual dreamscapes and the world’s largest ice-skating surface, inspired by a winter escape to the Caribbean and the frosty grandeur of St. Petersburg will set the scene for over 100 collaborative artists to work their magic.

Despite the chilly climate, the stage ensemble is as beautifully dressed as ever. And it isn’t just the show’s costumes that are breathtaking – the same goes for the heated winter blizzard that will send the audience into a euphoria of rousing music, comedy, dance and world class artistry.

The slightly altered Christmas edition of the show will take the stage in December. The story is brought to life through pictures, dance and ballet choreographies, as well as international music. International guests will be pleased to note that although the dialogues and songs are in German, over three quarters of the show can be understood without any understanding of the language. Furthermore, an informative flyer in the foyer describes the story in English, Russian, Spanish and Dutch. But no need to worry the story is easy to follow –it is a revue after all!
