Mauritius Images : the magic of travel photography & a competition

Photography and text journalist Michael Obert has now joined the Mauritius Images portfolio. His trips around the world always take him to where the action is. Michael has been a passionate traveller through different worlds and cultures ever since his first trip to Asia and the South Pacific in 1990. His images dart from life in Koran schools in Timbuktu, to shamans in Niger or the carnival in Haiti and appeal to all five of the senses.
