ProfiFoto's March issue features a 20-page strong special about the Fujifilm X-series and is now available in stores. Also: all information about the Nikon D4 and D800 as well as the Canon PowerShot G1X. Furthermore, the new issue includes a portfolio by Sandra Freij and Robert Wyatt's, 'Loon', as well as 'Microbus Deluxe' by Annegret Hultsch.
In addition to this, the magazine presents a questionnaire filled out by professionals in the photography industry about the current situation at KODAK and possible consequences, an extra about lighting as well as the winner of the Hasselblad Masters Award 2012.
The eleven winners of the Hasselblad Masters Awards 2012 have already been determined. The international jury was hard pressed to select the winner due to the high number of applicants and the sheer quality of the submissions.
And that is not all: Ralf Hanselle in conversation with Christopher Muller. Born in 1966, Christopher Muller gives trivial objects of everyday life a voice. His minimalist still life pictures depict Cola cans and Wellington boots as objects of art. ProfiFoto caught up with Christopher Muller and talked to him about the order of things in the universe.
Annegret Hultsch's degree project (supported by the Canon ProfiFoto Förderpreis) at the FH Dortmund, merges landscape with automotive photography. The VW T1 (Microbus Deluxe) was incorporated into the landscape with the help of CGI-technology. More details to be found in the magazine.
