Georgia May Jagger - the fresh new jet set face of the Chanel Cruise Collection 2010/11

Karl Lagerfeld appears to have discovered a new muse: Georgia May Jagger. The second youngest of Mick Jagger and model legend Jerry Hall’s four children, celebrated her 18th birthday this year and is the most logical choice for the face of the new Chanel Cruise Collection.

Her look hovers between Brigitte Bardot and Vanessa Paradis, her background unites congenial glam blitz and global dirty rock with Brit chic.

The ‘Kaiser’ presented his Croisère Collection at Café Sénéquier, located in the harbour of a small community in the South of France.

The narrow streets echoed with laughter and shone with the Chanel glamour we love; all a bustle with sensuality and excitement. Got-to-have-it pre-collection looks are tweed, denim and muslin.

The shoot with Georgia features a Rolls Royce and Lagerfeld darling Baptiste Giabiconi. The iconic trio provided the perfect stage on which to capture the latest Chanel looks – contemporary, classic and bursting with innovation.

On closer inspection, the images reveal sweet Georgia May’s model professionalism – she flaunts the most plunging necklines without even batting an eyelid!
