PH Model Management : top face and Tom Ford muse JON Kortajarenas (A Single Man) with shoots for DAVID YURMAN, REPLAY and PEPE JEANS

PH Model Management presents JON Kortajarena. Jon landed his first job in the Spanish Cibveles in 2003 for fashion house Roberto Verino – and his international career took a giant leap ahead only a few weeks later: Ellen von Unwerth chose him for Cavalli's young range.

Jon's dream was New York City – and that is exactly where his path led him to. He was discovered by Steven Meisel and together with the model greats of the time, such as R.J. and Tyson Ballou, he created milestones in photography for Versace.

The beau was received so well on international catwalks, that he eventually became one of the shows' major faces wherever he made an appearance: Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel, Jean Paul Gaultier, Giorgio Armani, John Galliano, Dolce & Gabbana, Ferré and Cavalli – to name but a few. In 2007, JON was the face of seven different campaigns for renowned fashion brands.

He is featured in the most important fashion magazines on a regular basis, including VMan, POP, V Magazine, Vogue Homme and GQ. He even had a whole issue of L'Officiel Homme dedicated to him with Milan V: ‘200 Pages of Fashion with Jon Kortajarena’. The very first time a male model enjoyed such an immense success.

Apart from his career in front of the camera, his big moment came with Tom Ford. He booked JON for at least seven seasons, some of which had even been exclusive deals. Tom Ford opened the pearly gates to the film industry to him by making him part of his film 'A Single Man': Jon made his convincing debut, playing Carlos alongside exceptional acting talents Colin Firth and Julianne Moore.

JON Kortajarena's H&M campaign travelled around the globe via television and larger than life prints, on which he posed together with top model Daria Werbowy and the divine Anja Rubik, as photographed by David Johnson. He also made an appearance with Alexa Chung in the PEPE JEANS campaign and in the 212 VIP Carolina Herrera New York Perfume advert.
