Fanny Fournier and Tony Ward in the global launch campaign of the VOLVO V90 CROSS COUNTRY - with photos by Patrik JOHALL c/o SUPERSTUDIO

Patrik JOHALL c/o SUPERSTUDIO photographed for VOLVO CARS and the agency Stendahls from Göteborg the latest global launch campaign of the new VOLVO V90 CROSS COUNTRY. The motifs were produced by SUPERSTUDIO both in Iceland and in Scotland. Art Director was Oscar Placedius, and post production was under the executive of MFX/Adamsky Division. In front of the camera of Patrik Johall stood Fanny Fournier and the legendary Mr. Tony Ward.

VOLVO on the new Volvo V90 Cross Country : “Scandinavian design and craftsmanship meet true all-road, all-weather capability. Large wheels and increased ground clearance give you confidence on any road, a front skid plate and Charcoal (or colour-coordinated) wheel arch extensions blend seamlessly into the bumper and underscore the particularly robust character of the new Volvo V90 CROSS COUNTRY.” The Volvo V90 is available in two equipment levels for the market launch. The standard model has a ist mit Sitzheizung vornd front seats, climate control and clean zone air filter for the interior. The V90 Cross Country will hit the market in Spring 2017. volvocars.com

Spring/Summer 2017 fashion for Danish label NN07 on the streets of Cuba - photos by Patrik JOHALL c/o SUPERSTUDIO

During one long week in November, fotografierte PATRIK JOHALL c/o SUPERSTUDIO shot a whole series of photos for Danish label NN07 in far away Cuba. As usual at NN07, all models are street casted. SUPERSTUDIO and Andreas Nilsson also produced a short fashion editorial for the launch of the collection in January. Art Director was Pär Johansson.

NN07 on its HAVANA SPRING & SUMMER 2017 trip : “Havana, Cuba is a legendary place with an exciting, complex history that includes slavery, revolutions and politics. We always travel with an open mind, and our mission on every journey is to find the true spirit of a destination. In Havana, we found a city that was poor when it came to assets and belongings – but rich and generous with love, personalities, dance and passion.” Go & See !

Superstudio, Sweden : Patrik JOHALL shoots the ‘No Nationality’ S/S 13 campaign in Buenos Aires for NN.07 fashion, in Cape Town for INTERSPORT and the amazing SUPERSTUDIO AERIAL CAM reel on GoSee

Welcome to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Superstudio, represented by photographer Patrik JOHALL and art director Par JOHANSSON travelled to Buenos Aires to creatively produce the current catalogue for fashion client NN.07. The concept: to snap the people they meet on a street in a city of their choice over the course of five days.

The label and the Superstudio team generally like to travel. ‘For us there are no borders or boundaries. No difference between people or countries. We are all the same. And we are all different. When we go on our trips we never know what's gonna happen. Who we are going to meet and what to experience. Just like life, we just let things happen and see what every day gives us.

This is time we went to Argentina. The buzzing city of Buenos Aires and the beautiful green vast countryside at Estancia Santa Domingo. There are pictures of our clothes. But most of all, there are all the wonderful people we met on our trip.’ We present the campaign images and the atmospheric making-of film.

Patrik JOHALL also shot a new summer campaign for client INTERSPORT. He travelled from Sweden all the way to Cape Town for the shoot. They carried out the production over the course of 10 days and in countless locations. See some of the results right here.
